Contract To Hire Nov 5, 2024 Government Administration Job Title: Administrative Customer Service Representative (Transit Dept.) Department: Martin County Public Works Department located @ 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34996 Hours:  Full time Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) Pay: $18.76 per hr./full time +  benefits  CONTRACT position with reSOURCE Government Services. Maintain log of all inquiries and complaints in computer-based tracking system. Receives and respond to passenger complaints, including complaints from individuals who may be irate. Receives complaint, create and distribute customer service report to appropriate party, provide accurate information and respond to complaints. Maintain records, complete forms such as phone, customer service or lost and found and maintain log sheets. Prepare and mail bus schedules; stock bins, information displays and depot with schedules. Analyze records such as call reports, route efficiency and passenger/stop data. Dispose of unclaimed property and perform other clerical duties as assigned. Provide transit information to the public (involving the utilization of computer software), either in person or over the telephone regarding bus routes and schedules. Communicate related information regarding transit policies, cash fares, different types of bus passes and tickets, bus stop locations, transfers, and bus maps. Screen, assist and/or refer callers and walk-ins to the appropriate individual units, or to other agencies as appropriate. Hours: Wednesday through Saturday 9am-7:30pm Specific Phipps Park Campground Daily Task Using either the app on the park cell phone, iPad or desktop, determine which guests are leaving.  Check out time is at 11:00am.  If site is not clear and clean inform Parks Administration. Using either the app on the park cell phone, iPad or desktop, determine which guests are arriving.  Make sure their sites are open, clean, and the picnic table /fire ring are placed in the correct area. Provide customer service by answering any questions asked by park patrons. Communicate by phone or email with Park Administration (Mandy) any issues concerning reservations.   Empty trash Pick up all litter and debris – including palm branches Blow off sidewalks, crosswalks, pavilions and around restrooms Inspect restroom for cleanliness Clean out fire pits and grills after campers depart Weed whip areas as needed (not maintained by contractor i.e. boat ramp)  or around recently vacated RV sites inspect contractor mowing, trimming, and weeding work Check that sewer covers are working properly and not broken Inspect Adventure Tents for bugs/inspects, cleanliness and tents are tied and secured properly Inspect Laundry Area (when opened) Report any necessary repairs, hazards or purchases needed Distribute games or fire wood to sites that have purchased fire wood or requested games.
